L4 Lacrosse is a first-class & multi-branched lacrosse training organization located in Louisville, Ky. We provide high-quality lacrosse training & experience to both our families and players. Our coaching staff has an unmatched passion for the sport of lacrosse and a Professional/NCAA background. We want to make sure that every player who walks through our door meets their personal, collegiate, and lacrosse-specific goals.
We offer various lacrosse programs for different ages, skill levels, grades, and goals. From beginners to elite, L4 Lacrosse provides training for all players.

NATIONAL LEVEL
Age: High School
The top team that travels Nationally with players from of Kentucky, sometimes surrounding states, and Southern Ontario.
Mingos LC
REGIONAL LEVEL
The Mingos is an elite regional team that combines individual, small group, and Mingos team practices. This team competes regionally and is one of the top regional programs.
The Bluegrass Lacrosse League

2nd Grade - High School
AA & A Divisions
Grades 5th - 12th
The Bluegrass Lacrosse League is run during the Fall and is meant for all players and skill levels. Players are drafted at the beginning of the season and compete for the B.L.L. Championship at the end of the season.
