BLL [High School] Platinum League

We are excited to be back for the Fall of 2023! The Bluegrass Lacrosse League's primary commitment is teaching the game of lacrosse while providing an unmatched experience and instilling a love for the game.

The Bluegrass Lacrosse League (BLL) is a lacrosse league located in Louisville, KY. Players register and are drafted to a team after the designated combine day for your son's age group in September. Based on age and experience, players are placed in one of the four Platinum BLL programs (Capitals Legacy, Pegasus, Royals) and in one of the two divisions (A or AA). Every player gets drafted to a team. By having divisions, the Bluegrass Lacrosse League is able to offer a very competitive environment and ensure all players will get better, maximize their game time, and have more fun.

The Bluegrass Lacrosse League is dedicated to fostering a vibrant and inclusive lacrosse community that thrives on the principles of sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal growth. Our mission is to provide a platform where players of all skill levels can come together to enjoy the exhilarating sport of lacrosse while building lasting connections and a sense of belonging. Through organized competitions and skill development programs, we aim to cultivate not only talented athletes but also responsible individuals who contribute positively to society. With a deep appreciation for tradition and a forward-looking perspective, we strive to be a beacon of lacrosse excellence in the Bluegrass region and beyond, inspiring a lifelong love for the game.

The Bluegrass Lacrosse League was founded in August 2020. Over the past 3 years, the Bluegrass Lacrosse League has been extremely competitive and introduced many players to the sport of lacrosse in Louisville. We look forward to an unbelievable season in 2023!

Playing in the Bluegrass Lacrosse League, players will receive:

• Trained Coaches
• Trained Referees
• Drafted teams
• BLL Shooter shirt
• Team game shorts
• Championship games are filmed and posted on the L4 Youtube Channel
• Game uniform (Only the JERSEY will be collected at the end of the season)

BLL Combine

The BLL combine helps us put players on teams and assign each player the appropriate division. It allows us to create an engaging and competitive environment throughout the season.  By striving for balanced teams and well-matched divisions, we aim to provide a great lacrosse experience.
